A Letter from SoClean's CEO Regarding COVID-19
First and foremost, our thoughts and prayers go out to each and every one of you who is dealing with uncertainty that the COVID-19 virus has created in all our lives. Our plea is for compassion, and reason and hope as we work together to get through this challenging situation.
As we assess and navigate the impact of COVID-19, I want to assure you that SoClean's absolute priority is the health and safety of our customers, employees and partners. We understand your concerns during this uncertain time and are internally taking every precautionary step necessary to ensure that we continue to deliver the highest-quality product and services to our customers while keeping all those involved safe.
While we collectively work through the challenges that this outbreak presents, we have every confidence that, by following the steps presented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and government officials, things will return to normal in time. Currently, our operations team has instituted revised protocols to guarantee our business is aligned with CDC recommendations for COVID-19.
Beginning on Monday, a majority of our SoClean team started to work from home until further notice. This transition went off without a hitch, so we are able to service all of our customers with the same high-quality you've come to expect.
In addition to our normal cleaning and disinfecting of our main offices and distribution centers, we are adding a deep cleaning to all facilities.
We continue to closely monitor developments with COVID-19 and will keep you informed should anything change that would impact you as part of our valued SoClean network.
These are trying times for us all; I could not be prouder of our company and staff's agility in handling the ever-changing information surrounding this pandemic.
Please have extra patience and compassion for those around you. We are all dealing with a lot of extra stress. Together— with thoughtfulness, kindness and understanding— we will make it through this time and come out stronger on the other end.
