  1. Do I need to return the SoClean 2 or have it repaired?
    No. We are just making our customers aware of a labelling change that was requested by Health Canada. The product is fully functional and safe for use as intended.
  1. How do I adjust the SoClean 2 Cycle Run Time duration to 12 minutes?
    Your SoClean 2 was set to a default ozone cycle run time of 7 minutes.
    Please refer to Page 20 of your Please refer to Page 20 of your SoClean 2 English portion of the User Manual or Page 48 of the SoClean 2 French portion of the User Manual to set your unit to 12 minutes.
  1. Do I continue to use the SoClean daily with the increased Cycle Run Time of 12 minutes?
    Yes, continue to use the SoClean daily as a complement to your sleep equipment maintenance routine.
  1. How can I tell if I have the correct labelling?
    • Please refer to the back page of your SoClean 2 User Manual. In the lower left hand corner, the part number and revision of the Instructions for Use are A00330-11_Rev C.
    • On the base of the SoClean 2 device, the part number and revision in the lower left hand corner of product label should be C000337 Rev B.
