SoClean 3+ Preorder Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the SoClean 3+. These Preorder Terms & Conditions (“Preorder Terms”) govern your purchase of a preorder deposit for the future delivery of the SoClean 3+ device (the “Product”). By placing a preorder deposit, you agree to these Preorder Terms in addition to the SoClean Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of the Preorder
By paying a $100 preorder deposit, you are reserving a future shipment of the SoClean 3+.
This is not a full purchase and does not guarantee immediate shipment. The Product is still in preparation for commercial availability and we expect new orders to ship between July and September of 2026 (Q3). At any time prior to shipment, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund for your shipment, see refund policy below for refund contact details.
2. Estimated Shipping Window
The current estimated shipping window is:
Between July and September 2026 (Q3). You will receive updates as your product is ready to ship or if there are any delays.
Deposits placed between December 2025, and March 2026 will ship between April and June 2026 (Q2).
3. Deposit Amount & Final Price
- You are paying a $100 deposit today.
- The remaining balance will be charged 2-5 business days prior to shipment.
- You will be notified via email approximately two weeks prior to shipment.
- If the payment of the remaining balance fails or cannot be processed, your preorder will be automatically canceled, and your $100 deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
Your preorder is not considered a completed sale until you are charged the remaining balance and the product is shipped.
4. Refund Policy
Your deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to shipment, for any reason.
To request a refund, contact our Customer Care team at info@soclean.com or via phone (866) 501 3705.
If you cancel your preorder prior to shipment your deposit will be refunded within seven business days.
5. Automatic Charges
Your deposit does authorize SoClean to automatically charge the remaining balance to your credit card 2-5 business days prior to shipment.
6. Changes, Delays, or Cancellations
If the estimated shipping window changes, SoClean will:
- Notify you promptly; and
- Provide the option to continue waiting or to cancel for a full refund.
If SoClean cancels the preorder program or is unable to fulfill your preorder, you will receive a full refund of your deposit within 7 days.
7. Product Details & Specifications
The SoClean 3+ may undergo adjustments or minor design modifications prior to release of the product. Any updates will be posted on our website or communicated to you via email.
8. Order Transfer
Your preorder reservation is non-transferable.

10. Acceptance of These Terms
By placing a preorder deposit, you confirm that:
- You have read and agree to these Preorder Terms;
- You understand the Product will ship in the future; and
- You understand the deposit is refundable until shipment occurs.
