No, SoClean 3+ filters will NOT work in the previous model SoClean 3. The filters are electronically coded to only work with the SoClean 3+. Likewise, SoClean 3 filters will not work in the SoClean 3+, for the same reason.

The SoClean 3+ cycle takes 90 minutes to complete. The cycle can be run immediately or delayed up to 8 hours. The SoClean 3+ Fresh Air cycle takes about 5 minutes to complete, but does not reduce bacteria in the CPAP accessories.

No – hand-washing your CPAP equipment per manufacturer instructions removes dirt, oil, and other organic material. The SoClean 3+ is an adjunct to hand-washing that has demonstrated 99.9% bacterial reduction* in CPAP hoses and masks – providing you with fresh equipment after each use.

While most CPAP hoses and masks will connect to the SoClean 3+, it is currently established for use with the ResMed Mirage FX (nasal mask), ResMed ClimateLine Air (tubing), and SlimLine tubing for the ResMed AirSense 10.** The safe use of SoClean 3+ with any other respiratory devices or accessories has not been established.
