What Are the Replacement Parts for SoClean 3+?
SoClean 3+ has two replacement parts with different replacement intervals: a Filter and a Wick.
These parts can be ordered together as a maintenance kit.
What Does the SoClean 3+ Filter Do?
More than a filter, it’s a precision-engineered conversion system.
The proprietary SoClean 3+ Filter actively accelerates the transformation of ozone (O3) into oxygen (O2), completing the Ozone Stream bacterial reduction process, allowing pure oxygen to exit the Chamber at the end of the cycles.
How to Change Your SoClean 3+ Filter
Open the Filter Door by pulling the top edge of the Door away from the unit.
Remove and discard the old Filter.
Open the new Filter and insert it with the blue rubber gasket facing inward. Push the Filter Door fully closed.
The Filter Issue icon will turn off when the Filter is installed and the Filter Door is closed correctly.
What Does the SoClean 3+ Wick Do?
The SoClean wick carries distilled water from the SoClean 3+ humidifier tank into the mixing chamber. Without it, your SoClean 3+ cannot generate the Ozone Stream and will not operate as intended.
How to Change Your SoClean 3+ Wick
Press the button on the side of the Humidifier Tank Drawer to lift the drawer up.
Remove the Humidifier Tank and then remove the Lid.
Discard the old Wick.
Wash the Lid and Humidifier Tank with mild, unscented soap and warm water.
Add only distilled water up to the MAX FILL line on the Humidifier Tank.
Remove the new Wick from the bag. Guide the new Wick into the Wick Inlet on the Humidifier Tank Lid, pushing down to ensure it is in place.
Replace the Lid on the Humidifier Tank and close it firmly.
Install the Humidifier Tank into the Drawer of your SoClean 3+ by sliding it into the recess with the wick facing up and on the left side.
Press down on the Drawer until it slides down and latches into place.
The Water Issue icon will turn off when the Humidifier Tank is installed and the drawer is closed correctly.

How Often Do I Need to Clean My Humidifier Tank?
The Humidifier Tank and Lid should be cleaned weekly when you replace the Wick. When the Humidifier Tank needs to be cleaned, the Water Issue Icon will flash orange at the start of a cycle.
Why Do I Need to Use Distilled Water for My SoClean 3+?
SoClean 3+ requires distilled water in the Humidifier Tank in order to discourage the presence of bacteria and reduce mineral build up.
How Do I Clean My SoClean 3+?
To clean your SoClean 3+, wipe the interior and exterior with a slightly damp cloth or CPAP wipes. Do not submerge your SoClean 3+ in liquid or use chemical cleaners and do not put water inside your SoClean 3+ chamber.
